Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Times Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after5 PM will be processed the next business day. We do not process orders onweekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs We offer the following shipping options:
- Free Shipping: On all Prepaid orders above ₹399 (5-10 business days)
- Free Shipping on all COD orders above ₹999 (5-10 business days)
3. Delivery Times Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Domestic Orders: 5-10 business days for standard shipping, 3-5 business days for express shipping.
4. Shipping Restrictions We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.International shipping is not available.
5. Tracking Information Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your order through our website or the carrier’s website.
6. Handling of Delays If there are any delays in processing or shipping your order, we will notify you via email. We strive to ensure timely delivery but cannot beheld responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
