Great experience with whole ordering till delivery process. I got my XM5 on 4th day of placing order. It was sealed pack, I registered it on sony and they accepted it as new and I got 1 year warrently cover from Sony. It was worth it to to order my XM5 from this website. They also provided me my Invoice PDF, their customer support is also very responsive and helpfull. Overall I am very happy with this whole process. I recommend this to everyone, if the product you are looking for is available on this website, if it is new then you can bet on it. It will be just new sealed pack.
